Harpreet began his career as a real estate professional in 2008 and since then has achieved numerous awards including Rookie of the Year (Fraser Valley Real Estate Board) and Rookie of the Year (Brokerage). Since beginning his career Harpreet has consistently proved to be a top-tier revenue generator, receiving recognition as being in the top one percent of realtors in the Fraser Valley area.
During his time in the industry, he has assisted numerous investors and developers across a broad range of product types. His marketing expertise has become a hallmark of his success and is one of the key advantages he offers clients in order to achieve timely disposition at above market values. For the past 9 years, Harpreet has lived in the Fraser Valley with his family and it is his connection to the community which allows him to add value while providing real estate services to numerous clients.
Harpreet joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2014 and currently specializes in the sale of development land and investment properties and has been very active in the Fraser Valley markets.
Harpreet was awarded with the President’s Round Table, an award that recognizes Cushman & Wakefield’s top sales and leasing professionals for high levels of enthusiasm, innovative solutions and overall success surrounding their clients’ commercial real estate needs.
- Experience selling hundreds of properties across a number of product classes including commercial, development land and investment.
- Harpreet has developed a well-earned reputation as an expert in dealing with the various municipalities of the Fraser Valley with specific experience in expediting pre-application meetings, council hearings and subdivision applications.
- Recently Harpreet was invited by the Planning Department of Abbotsford to discuss the new OCP adoption and to further discuss developer’s concerns in the city of Abbotsford during the development process.
- Numerous recent past transactions including development land parcels in the Fraser Valley area. Harpreet also completed a 3 year certificate in Computer Science with a specialization in software design.
Recently Harpreet has been assisting the following client with their real estate acquisition needs: Fraser Health Authority, Sobey’s, A&W, and Tim Hortons.
