Ingrid is a dedicated commercial real estate professional specializing in Capital Markets, with a strong foundation built on more than 15 years of experience in client relations, project management, leasing, and operations support, across both private and public sectors throughout Canada. Her combined experience with senior leadership at Cushman & Wakefield, Colliers International, and prominent developers in both Vancouver and Calgary includes direct involvement in large scale sales and acquisitions, supporting the facilitation of transactions ranging from $10-$100M+.

Ingrid also brings municipal insight from her tenure with the City of Vancouver, working with the City Manager’s office and Engineering Services and interdepartmental teams. Her strengths in organization, communication, and process understanding make her a key contributor to real estate projects requiring strategic execution and stakeholder engagement. She completed the Real Estate Licensing program through UBC Sauder School of Business.
