Strengths include client/tenant negotiation skills, strategic advisory, superior market knowledge, business case development, detail oriented transaction process and financial modeling.

James is a major account service provider specializing in Tenant Advisory, Listing and Portfolio Management. James graduate from Wilfrid Laurier University with a BA in History.
