Jerry joined the Cushman & Wakefield Equity, Debt & Structured Finance Group at the start of 2020. He is responsible for financial analysis and underwriting, and the preparation and coordination of due diligence and marketing materials on deals across Canada. Jerry is also a conduit with the ongoing development and improvement of sophisticated financial models for the group. 

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Jerry worked in the Asset Management group of Scotiabank, performing investment analysis for private and public portfolio assets, inclusive of real estate. Jerry is a graduate of the Accounting and Financial Management program at the University of Waterloo. He is currently pursuing his Chartered Financial Accountant (CFA) designation.
