Based in Vancouver, Jessica is dedicated to Retail Tenant Representation across Canada and the Americas with a focus on driving new store growth, and new market entry and expansion.

Jessica has over 20 years of expertise in retail and real estate, spanning acquisitions, land development, leasing, and consulting. She has led global expansion efforts for brands like Aritzia and Saje Natural Wellness, where she significantly scaled store footprints and revenue. At Aritzia, she helped grow the business from 42 to 75 stores, focusing on U.S. expansion, while at Saje, she doubled the store count and spearheaded strategic partnerships.

In 2020, she founded Vela Retail Advisors, consulting for top-tier brands including Arc’teryx, Wilson Sporting Goods, and Knix, offering end-to-end retail services from real estate to marketing and growth strategy. Jessica is also a passionate entrepreneur and co-founder of two ventures: Sea + Soil, a non-profit blending surf culture with regenerative agriculture, and Social Studies, a women’s multi-brand retail company in New York.
