Jonathan is a Senior Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory Group in the Toronto office. He joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Consultant in 2014, where he came from one of the top commercial real estate companies in Canada. Jonathan has over eight years of experience in commercial and residential real estate valuation. His background consists of completing a range of valuation, consulting and market research projects on a variety of assets. He is responsible for valuations of such real estate assets including golf courses, multi-residential, retail, industrial, special-use properties, single family residential and development land in the GTA and southern Ontario.
