Jordan joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2017, remaining active in a supporting role to the Office Leasing division until completing his Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Victoria in 2020. During this time, he developed a strong understanding of Metro Vancouver’s downtown and suburban office market dynamics with a focus on tenant representation.

Jordan now works as an Associate on Cushman & Wakefield’s top producing tenant representation team for the Metro Vancouver region alongside Bart Corbett. Jordan helps ensure the diverse needs of occupier clients are fully serviced from engagement to execution across a broad range of transaction sizes and types, including lease renewals, office relocations, expansion/contraction, and portfolio optimization.
