Karina Lopez is a Senior Associate, Retail Services at Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton. She acquired her Bachelor of Commerce (International Business Specialty) from Universidad del Valle de Mexico, Campus Juriquilla in Queretaro, Mexico. She began her career working in the Logistics Department in charge of the chain management supply with both Clarion and IBM.

She moved to Edmonton in 2005 and joined commercial real estate shortly after working for companies like First Capital Realty, DTZ and Oberfeld Snowcap before joining Cushman & Wakefield.

She has worked closely as Landlord & Tenant representative for companies like Cameron Developments, Harvard Developments, Canderel Management, Anthem Properties, Triovest, and ICBC amongst others, and for the Tenant side, she has represented Wendy’s, Mattress Mattress, Nutters, Little Caesars and Good Earth, amongst other several local brands that have expanded in Alberta. She is fully bilingual in both English & Spanish. Outside of real estate, she enjoys travel, learning about other cultures and cooking.
