Throughout his career, Lee has achieved success across a range of product types including industrial investment sales, multi-family/mixed-use and office building sales, the development and disposition of shopping centres and industrial sites, land assemblies, sale/leasebacks and numerous business park land sales and pre-sales. 

Consistently earning recognition as a top land sales specialist, Lee has achieved 'Vancouver Top Ten' status 16 times, earned the 'National Top Ten' ranking 8 times, and has achieved the 'President’s Round Table' designation a total of 23 times. In addition to these, he is a recipient of the Award of Excellence and a member of the Cushman & Wakefield Hall of Fame.

Lee joined Royal LePage Commercial (now Cushman & Wakefield Ltd.) in 1990 as a visionary with a unique set of skills and experience. He focused his energy on recycling real estate for higher and better uses and is committed to long-term projects that often involve complicated negotiations within various municipalities. As a result, he has developed strong ties with government bodies and the economic development community, as well as the development and investment community. He has also been involved in the Invest BC initiative. Lee has transacted over $1.87 billion over the past 5 years in Metro Vancouver.

Lee is a graduate of the University of British Columbia.
