Based out of the Toronto office, Michelle Howsam brings 15 years of retail experience to the team, spanning both Landlord and third-party management experience with Brookfield, Ivanhoe Cambridge and BGO. Her experience leans heavily toward enclosed shopping centres and her background includes roles in operations, marketing, specialty leasing, analysis and permanent leasing.  

She has a natural passion for retail and has strong relationships with key retailers, brokers and clients including experience with some of our current clients.
