Nate Sabo is the Head of Global Occupier Services (GOS) for Canada and Integrated Portfolio Management (IPM) for the Americas. In this dual role, Nate leads the delivery of GOS services across Canada and oversees the IPM service line throughout the Americas. IPM specializes in managing occupiers’ portfolio data and applying analytics and insights to proactively guide transaction strategies for clients across the firm. Nate ensures that IPM account teams are equipped to deliver a data-driven, strategic approach to real estate portfolio management.

As a member of the GOS Leadership Team at Cushman & Wakefield, Nate is focused on driving innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery across transaction management, portfolio administration, and portfolio strategy. Prior to joining C&W, Nate served as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Clients within the Occupier Services Americas platform at Colliers. He also held the role of Executive Managing Director at Newmark Knight Frank, where he led Global Corporate Services for the East Region of the U.S. Earlier in his career, Nate played a pivotal role at Caliber Home Loans, where he led real estate and vendor sourcing, helping scale the company from a start-up to over 3,000 employees across 300+ locations.

With nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Nate brings both strategic vision and operational expertise to clients ranging from high-growth start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
