Nick Holzinger joined Cushman & Wakefield in March 2013 as a Vice President. Nick has over 35 years of experience as a real estate professional and has been involved in some of the most prominent real estate transactions in southwestern Ontario. He has extensive experience in servicing Canadian, American, European and Japanese clients encompassing design/build, industrial properties and investment opportunities. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield Nick’s career includes 17 years at CBRE and 10 years as a principal partner in a family owned real estate development company. Nick is also a multi residential specialist focusing on acquisitions and dispositions of multi residential properties across Canada. Nick was also one of the founding members of WRAMA the Waterloo Regional Apartment Management Association formed to provide information and support to owners and managers of residential rental properties throughout the Region of Waterloo and surrounding area.
