Nicole has been a dedicated Team Coordinator and Executive Assistant to Andy Horvath and Burke Smith in the Industrial Division since 2014. Known for her commitment to excellence, she continually enhances her knowledge in the Edmonton industrial market, expertise in administrative coordination, and fostering community engagement. With a focus on best serving clients and relationships to the highest standard possible, Nicole ensures exceptional support in all aspects of her role.

Moving to Edmonton from Miramichi, New Brunswick, Nicole joined Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton at Reception before advancing to her current role on the Industrial Team. Before moving to Edmonton, Nicole most notably worked at St. Thomas University as their Student Orientation Chair (2010), Vice President of Student Life (2010–2011), and Residence Advisor (2011–2013). When not working, Nicole enjoys spending quality time with her family, discovering hidden gems around Edmonton, or expressing her creativity through painting, music and cooking.
