Rob has spent over 25 years providing design and strategy services to a wide range of corporate, financial, and high-tech clients. With a strong foundational knowledge of both architecture and interior design and background in working for two of the leading global design firms (HOK and Gensler for 20-plus years), Rob’s strategic services are in demand by Fortune-100 global clients at workplace, facilities and portfolio levels.

Rob is well-versed in leading visioning sessions with senior leadership, in developing data-supported needs analytics and creating scenario plans that allow clients to make informed real estate decisions that have a positive impact on the organization’s bottom line.

By taking a holistic approach to all projects, Rob brings solutions to clients that align to business goals, financial goals and operational efficiencies, which combined create a robust, integrated real estate solution. Drawing from diversified project skills, Rob creates end-to-end solutions for clients from vision to implementation and post-occupancy assessments. Most recently, Rob has been involved with helping many clients navigate the pandemic and develop transformative hybrid workplace strategies.

Rob’s expertise in client engagement (PROSCI certified), communications, and the implementation of workplace strategies positions him as a key resource to clients that are embarking on new ways of working. A key differentiator that Rob brings to client assignments is the latest understanding of data benchmarks as they relate to portfolio strategies.

Rob has performed ground-breaking research and established benchmarks across many sectors, which have been published and become foundational standards of many real estate strategies. This thought leadership has helped clients understand trends and best practices, and how they can be integrated into new programs and workplace transformation processes. Additionally, Rob has developed and written many space guideline documents that are key to underpinning an organization’s workplace model.
