Roger Leggatt is an Executive Vice President within the Vancouver Office Leasing Division of Cushman & Wakefield ULC. Roger has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, all working at C&W, specializing in office leasing throughout Metro Vancouver. Roger operates a multi-disciplinary real estate team with a focus on office properties. Rogers primary role is Tenant Representation while overseeing investment, agency leasing and office development assignments. Roger and his team have been involved in some of Greater Vancouver’s most significant office leasing transactions over the past 10 years. Roger’s experience and strong skill set, combined with his analytical approach has made him a great value to his clients.

Roger has exceptional Tenant Representation experience working with some of Greater Vancouver’s largest Technology, Professional Services, and Government Organizations. Roger is a member of C&W’s Tenant Advisory Group which meets annually to share best practices and market trends related to Tenant Representation. He is also part of the Emerging Tech Practice group collaborating with fellow technology focused Tenant Rep advisors throughout North America and Internationally.

Roger has been regularly called upon to speak at industry events such as the Vancouver chapter of NAIOP, Vancouver Real Estate Forum, and Vancouver Strategy and Leasing Conferences.
