Sandy is a Senior Consultant at Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory Group and is based in Ottawa. In her role, she completes complex modelling for all asset types as well as assists with the research and analysis of market trends. Since joining Cushman & Wakefield in February 2019, Sandy has experience in the valuation multi-family, land, commercial, industrial and office properties. In 2021, the Ottawa Appraisal Team appraised over 1 billion worth of multi-residential and land properties in Ottawa, along with a number of industrial, retail, and mixed-use properties. 

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Sandy worked with CBRE Limited as a Research Analyst responsible for statistical analysis and market research of the office and industrial markets in Ottawa, and with the City of Prince George in a planning and development capacity focused on long-range planning and economic development.
