Sheena is a Vice President with Cushman & Wakefield's Valuation & Advisory group and has been based out of the CW Calgary office since 2009. During this time she has worked on a comprehensive range of valuation and consultancy assignments including single property to portfolio analysis, feasibility studies, market rental studies, litigation/due diligence support and annual asset reviews.

Sheena's practice is comprised of various types of properties including proposed and existing multi-residential developments, industrial warehouse/distribution/manufacturing, retail, office, mixed-use as well as all categories of Land including rural, urban infill and assemblage and large development land parcels. Her experience also extends to financial modelling using Argus DCF software and development pro-formas for the valuation of multi-phase subdivisions of land assets.

She continues to be engaged on assignments across all of Western Canada from British Columbia to Manitoba for a range of local to national clients which include Manulife, DREAM, bcIMC/QuadReal, Skyline, Greystone and Realstar.
