Shyon Davis is an Associate Project Manager of Project & Development Services at Cushman & Wakefield. Shyon Davis has a diverse range of projects experience and knowledge from Tenet Fit up to Infrastructure projects. Shyon is an integral member of the team due to his dedication and commitment to his clients. With his background in construction management, it allows him the foresight on how to complete a project on time but being fair to the client and allowing for complete transparency to all stakeholders over the course of the project life cycle. 

As part of his role, Shyon Davis also has day-to-day responsibility in helping and supporting the senior leadership core project team located in Canada.

He thrives in a fast-paced, team-based environment, and enjoy learning from the many professionals that he works with in my role as an Associate Project Manager.

Shyon has acquired extensive understanding across a wide variety of projects such as strategic planning, project management, performance management, real estate consolidation strategies and effective development along with Relocation Management. 

Shyon has delivered comprehensive management for a wide and complex Varity of renovation projects in multiple sectors ranging in size from 3,000 SF to 100,000 SF, including office fitouts, entertainment/food services and commercial retail.
