Stephanie is an Associate Vice President in the Valuation & Advisory Group at Cushman & Wakefield in the Waterloo Region. In her role, she assists with the research and analysis of market trends, and financial modelling of single and multiple-asset portfolio valuations of commercial real estate. Her team provides a variety of valuations, with experience in assets such as office buildings, neighbourhood/storefront retail buildings, multi- family residential, industrial facilities, commercial/residential development land, self-storage buildings, commercial water lots, residential condominium, and special purpose-built assets. She focuses on Waterloo Region & Guelph, and works with her team on assets in the GTA and the rest of Ontario. 

The Valuation & Advisory group provides services including appraisals, highest and best use analysis, and rental analysis, along with specialized expertise in various industry sectors. 

Stephanie received her designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2022 and is currently a member in good standing
