As a Senior Associate with Cushman & Wakefield, Sumir specializes in office and industrial leasing with a focus on multi-market tenant advisory. Leveraging a strong background in commercial real estate, Sumir advises corporate occupiers on strategic real estate decisions, including site selection, lease negotiation, portfolio optimization, and expansion strategies across multiple markets.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Sumir played a key role in expanding LoopNet’s presence in Canada, working with major landlords, brokers, and institutional investors to drive exposure and occupancy for office, retail, and industrial assets. This experience has given him a deep understanding of both landlord and tenant perspectives, enabling him to deliver tailored, results-driven solutions for his clients.

Sumir’s approach combines market intelligence, creative deal structuring, and a client-first mindset, ensuring transactions are executed efficiently from initial planning through to final closing.
