She puts effort into getting to know her clients on an intimate level to understand their short and long-term goals for financial success. Suzie’s drive comes from her passion for helping and supporting her clients, and her desire to see them grow and build our community.

Suzie’s professional background includes invaluable experience as a Research Analyst for major markets in Atlantic Canada. Her role involved conducting comprehensive market surveys, analyzing vacancies and rental rates, and analyzing absorption trends. This experience, coupled with her ability to build strong relationships with landlords and property managers, equips her with valuable insights into the commercial real estate landscape. Actively engaged in local events and community activities, Suzie is dedicated to fostering connections with like-minded individuals and contributing to the local community.

Beyond her professional life, Suzie was born and raised in the small town of Sussex, she desired more than the small town could offer and has made Moncton her home for nearly 15 years! Suzie enjoys outdoor adventures, conjuring up food in the kitchen, quality time with family, animals of all kinds (particularly farm animals), nurturing house plants, and is working towards her aspiration of investing in waterfront Airbnb properties.
