Tom is an Associate Vice President based in Calgary with Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory Group and provides his clients with a macro view of the economy and its effect on the specific real estate markets within Western Canada.  His experience is with all asset classes, including hotels, development, and agricultural land; and portfolios that include industrial, office, and multi-family. 

Valuation of a variety of property types within Western Canada has given him exposure to all markets and real estate classifications.  This wide range of experience equips him to serve clients who possess unique real estate valuation needs. 

Through his previous work experience, Tom has accumulated nearly 25 years’ experience in commercial real estate valuation, including residential, commercial, and tax-related services.  Prior to working at Cushman & Wakefield, Tom was associate vice president of a competitive international appraisal and consulting firm, offering appraisal valuation and advisory services.
