HUB secure Amobee in Paris end of Collins Street

Jess Freeman • 08/04/2022

Amobee has leased a 60 sqm office on level 3 at 162 Collins Street, Melbourne, from HUB paying $960 rate per sqm gross under a 12 month lease.

Situated at the stunning ‘Paris end’ of Collins Street, this building has beautiful surroundings and excellent choices of bars, restaurants, cafes and shopping all within walking distance.

The deal was negotiated by Amy Jones of Cushman & Wakefield who said the tenant was driven by the requirement for a city presence after many months in the Melbourne lockdowns.

“The company wanted to reunite the team in a quality office in the heart of the CBD” she said.
