Jenny Craig weighs in on St Kilda Road premises

468 St Kilda Road, Melbourne

Jenny Craig has leased a 699sqm office on Level 1, 468 St Kilda Road, Melbourne from Australian Unity Investment Management Administration Pty Ltd paying $375 per sqm net under a six year lease.

The building includes a popular cafe on the ground floor whilst being within walking distance to all forms of public transport and a plethora of amenities.

The deal was negotiated by Jake Patterson and Grant Tinker of Cushman & Wakefield who said Jenny Craig were drawn to the opportunity of a brand new bespoke fitout which was within close proximity to their current location.
