Bridhe Woods re-joins Cushman & Wakefield Capital Markets team

Cushman & Wakefield is pleased to announce the appointment of Bridhe Woods as Director, Capital Markets. Based in Sydney, Bridhe re-joins the company's leading Capital Markets team led by Josh Cullen.

With over 10 years’ experience in the real estate sector, Bridhe started her career as a Valuer for Cushman & Wakefield in 2015 before moving over to Senior Analyst, Capital Markets. In early 2021, Bridhe moved client side to work for The GPT Group in their capital partnerships business.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Managing Director CRE ANZ, Simon Fenn said it was wonderful when property talent of Bridhe’s calibre return to the fold.
