Cushman & Wakefield bolsters ESG offering with new Sydney appointment

Abhinav-Tiwari_Cushman & Wakefield is pleased to announce the appointment of Abhinav Tiwari as Associate Director in Sustainability. 

Based in Sydney, Abhinav brings with him over 12 years’ experience in Energy Efficiency and Sustainability, further strengthening Cushman & Wakefield Project & Development Services’ (PDS_ commitment to creating a more sustainable built environment.

With a diverse background in ESG, Net Zero Strategies, Emissions Tracking, Circular Economy, Waste Management strategies, Data Analytics, BMCS, and Energy Transition, Abhinav is well-equipped to drive positive change within the industry. He holds accreditations in NABERS, Green Star, CBD, LEED, and is a Certified Energy Manager.

According to Shaun Kenafake, Cushman & Wakefield’s National Director, Building Consultancy Project & Development Services, Abhinav's extensive expertise and passion for sustainability will play a vital role in PDS's mission to reduce the negative impact of the built environment on our natural surroundings.
