23/10/2024

Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, has appointed two new Managing Directors in Australia. The internal promotions and dual roles reflect the business’s culture of inclusivity and collaboration, and strategic growth ambitions.

Maria joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2021 and has played a pivotal role in the growth and success of the PDS business.

Lora Radmilovic has been appointed as Territory Managing Director for the Australian Capital Territory and will continue as State Director, Asset Services for NSW, ACT and SA. Lora has been instrumental in establishing the Asset Services business in both Canberra and Adelaide.

Maria and Lora will now report directly to Cushman & Wakefield’s Chief Executive for ANZ, Noral Wild, with roles that extend across all commercial and social engagement activity, ensuring a unified approach across the region.

Noral Wild said the leadership changes were part of the continued cultural focus on greater collaboration among teams and integrated client service delivery.

“These appointments reflect our commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture within our organisation, expressly designed to benefit our people, clients and stakeholders.

“Both Maria and Lora have demonstrated exceptional leadership ability in bringing multi-disciplinary teams together and driving collective success.”

Maria Russo-Fama expressed her enthusiasm for taking on a role at Cushman & Wakefield that reflects the diversity of capabilities. She emphasised her passion for ensuring that every client benefits from the highest level of expertise in our business.

"It’s an honour to lead a team of dedicated professionals who consistently deliver outstanding results for our clients," she said. "I’m also excited to collaborate closely with our Chief Executive and the state and territory executive leadership team to steer the NSW business through its next phase of growth and development."

Lora Radmilovic said she was excited to lead a talented team that reflects the depth and breadth of talent and skills at Cushman & Wakefield.

“I’m eager to work with our exceptional leaders and teams across the ACT to build on our local growth momentum. I see my new role as embedding a shared vision focused on collaboration.”
