Cushman & Wakefield is pleased to announce the return of Jon Fleming as Commercial Director for Australia and New Zealand.
In this role, Jon will work across the business, bringing his extensive commercial expertise to strengthen the firm’s client offerings, with a focus on leveraging and building on Cushman & Wakefield’s large and diverse service base to develop and implement commercial structures across a range of sectors, including infrastructure, property management, and facilities management (FM).
Jon’s return marks a strategic step in expanding Cushman & Wakefield’s presence in the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) space, where his leadership and experience will play a pivotal role in helping the firm grow its market reach.
With over 20 years of technical, operational, and commercial experience with large multinational organisations such as John Holland, Serco, and GE, Jon’s specialist knowledge of complex contracting, coupled with his strong commercial acumen, will support the firm’s long-term strategic growth.
