Cushman & Wakefield has bolstered its national retail leasing platform with two senior appointments, signaling a major step in its retail growth strategy across Australia and New Zealand.

Daniel Radle has been appointed as Head of Retail Leasing ANZ. With more than 25 years of experience, Mr Radle brings deep expertise from leadership roles at QIC, Vicinity Centres, and Pacific Group of Companies. Having overseen the delivery of over a dozen major retail developments along the eastern seaboard and leased landmark assets including Chadstone Shopping Centre, he brings an elevated strategic focus to Cushman & Wakefield clients.

Cara Joseph has been appointed as Associate Director, Retail Leasing - National Projects ANZ, bringing over a decade of experience across Harbinger Property, Newmark Capital, and CBRE. Ms Joseph is recognised for her strategic leasing acumen and transactional support across complex retail repositioning projects and developments.

Noral Wild, CEO of Cushman & Wakefield ANZ, said the appointments reflect the firm’s broader vision for the future of retail.

“As the retail sector continues to transform, we’re focused on building a platform that’s agile, datadriven, and deeply connected to the needs of both occupiers and investors. These appointments are part of a long-term strategy to lead the market with integrated, future-ready solutions.”

Luke Etherington, Cushman & Wakefield’s Managing Director, Victoria, added Daniel and Cara are outstanding additions to our team. “These hires are a key component of our broader strategy to strengthen and expand our dedicated retail Capital Markets, Leasing, and Management platform across Australia and New Zealand, as well as throughout the wider APAC region.
“Daniel’s leadership in large-scale retail developments and Cara’s transactional expertise will significantly enhance our ability to deliver value across the retail lifecycle. Their appointments strengthen the link between leasing performance and investment outcomes for clients.”
