Cushman & Wakefield has expanded its Investment Sales team in Sydney with the appointment of Ari Balkin as Analyst – Investment Sales, further enhancing the firm’s transactional precision and market intelligence.
Ari’s appointment follows the recent additions of Henry Robertson and Jake Smith to the team, underscoring Cushman & Wakefield’s ongoing investment in top-tier talent to support growing client demand across Sydney’s surging commercial real estate sector.
For the past two years, Ari has worked at Cushman & Wakefield as a Lease Manager on the Property NSW account and has a Property Management, Development, Investment & Valuation degree at the International College of Management Sydney (ICMS) and his Class 2 Real Estate Agent Licence.
Luke Etherington, Cushman & Wakefield’s Head of Investment Sales, Australia, commented: “Ari adds another layer of analytical depth to our team’s decision-making and deal strategy. In a fast-moving market like Sydney, that kind of discipline is critical to uncovering value and delivering successful result driven outcomes.”
Miron Solomons, Cushman & Wakefield’s National Director, Investment Sales, NSW, said: “We’re investing in thinkers as much as we are in dealmakers. Ari brings sharp analytical capability that enhances how we assess opportunities and deliver for our clients in a competitive environment.”
