Cushman & Wakefield are seeking to engage contractors in the Western Sydney region, for the provision of reactive maintenance services to public schools in the region.
As an agent to School Infrastructure (SI), our focus is engaging local contractors based as close as possible to the schools they service ideally within 30 minutes, or 50 kilometres. If you or your business can self-deliver reactive maintenance services to schools in this region, we welcome your participation in this process.

- Cleaning
- Graffiti Removal
- Pressure Washing
- Flooring
- PA Systems
- HAZMAT
- Asbestos Remover/Workers
- Mould remediation
- Engineer - Multi disciplines
- Fume Cupboards
- Playground Specialist
- Roofer
- Signage (electronic)

Request for Information (RFI) should be directed via the TenderLink online forum no later than the RFI Closure date below. Cushman & Wakefield and SINSW personnel are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. Verbal, or emailed RFIs will not be accepted.
