Cushman & Wakefield, in partnership with What Ability Foundation, proudly welcomed approximately 600 community members to a vibrant and inclusive Day at Taronga Zoo Sydney on Thursday, 30 October 2025.

The event brought together approximately 600 families and individuals living with disabilities for a day of fun, connection, and unforgettable experiences.

Guests explored the zoo with their Taronga Zoo Passports, enjoyed interactive games, and met some of Australia’s top athletes, including:

  • Sean Keppie (Rabbitohs)
  • Bailey Simonsson (Parramatta Eels)
  • Kelma Tuilagi (Parramatta Eels)
  • Amy Sligar (Giants)

A highlight of the day was the Inclusive Seals for the Wild presentation, followed by meet-and-greets with the athletes, creating lasting memories for attendees.

Building on the success of the past four years, including initiatives such as Wild Lights and a range of community engagement programs, Cushman & Wakefield remains jointly dedicated to enhancing accessibility for all Taronga Zoo guests.

Anna Town, Global Head of Brand Strategy at Cushman & Wakefield, said Cushman & Wakefield’s partnership with Taronga Zoo is built on shared values of sustainability, community, and inclusion.

“From lighting up the Zoo during Wild Lights to hosting this Community Day with What Ability Foundation, we’re proud to continue creating meaningful experiences that bring people together. Accessibility is not a one-time initiative, it’s a long-term commitment to ensuring everyone feels welcome and supported.”

Steve Dresler, Founder & Director of What Ability Foundation, added

“This day is all about connection, inclusion, and creating unforgettable memories. We’re grateful to Cushman & Wakefield for their partnership and shared vision in making this day possible for people living with a disability and their families.”

Together, Cushman & Wakefield and What Ability Foundation continue to demonstrate the power of partnership in building inclusive communities and making a real difference in the lives of others.
