Cushman & Wakefield is proud to announce its appointment by HBF Health Limited to deliver integrated property services across HBF’s national portfolio.
HBF is Australia’s second-largest not-for-profit health fund, providing hospital and ancillary insurance to approximately 1.2 million members nationwide.
The contract officially commenced November 2025, following a 2-month transition period. Cushman & Wakefield will provide a comprehensive suite of property services supported by a dedicated team structure tailored to meet HBF’s operational and strategic needs.
