Cushman & Wakefield’s dedicated facilities management team has partnered with NAB to develop a referral program, aimed specifically at NAB’s business bank team members, to educate and empower these teams with the tools to refer specific customers, operating trades businesses directly to us.
In conjunction with our supply chain, supplier management contractor linking teams and our customer experience centre (CXC), we developed a suitability questionnaire, as well as specific supporting documentation to be used by NAB bankers to have a conversation with customers who operate specific trades in regional and remote communities.
By targeting specific trades, Cushman & Wakefield confidently provided foresight that a customer may be awarded works, if they were successful in meeting our prequalification requirements. In consultation with NAB, we specifically targeted local customers who operate plumbing, electrical, landscaping and locksmith businesses.
The referral program has created a new way for NAB to engage with their local customers, whilst helping them to drive more business in regional and remote areas. It also provides a new avenue for Cushman & Wakefield to diversify and enhance our supply chain across Australia.
