Guilherme holds a specialization in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Foreign Trade from Mackenzie Presbyterian University. He began his career in 2011, initially developing skills in marketing, and has since gained extensive experience working with major companies.

Since 2017, Guilherme has focused on the corporate real estate market, specifically in leasing. He is currently a Coordinator at Cushman & Wakefield, where he provides strategic advisory services to domestic and multinational clients on a variety of real estate projects.

His work encompasses the development and execution of projects such as "Stay vs. Go" analyses, lease transactions, renewals, and renegotiations, all grounded in detailed market research and property analysis. Guilherme manages competitive bidding processes among landlords, develops cost-optimization strategies, and provides consultative support to decision-makers in the creation of business cases, consistently seeking solutions aligned with his clients' objectives.
