Over 15 years of experience in the Brazilian real estate market, with a background in geoprocessing, real estate development, and advisory services. Marcel has been with the company for over 12 years and began as a Capital Markets Consultant, working on the sale and acquisition of a wide range of assets in the Rio de Janeiro market. In 2017, he joined the Tenant Representation area, leasing offices and logistics properties nationwide.

In 2021, Marcel was promoted to Transaction Manager, with the goal of restructuring the sale and acquisition area for occupiers, serving mainly the national industrial and logistics markets. Throughout his career, Marcel has always been dedicated to developing different structures capable of following the different market cycles, covering, but not limited to, the agribusiness, residential development, logistic, corporate, healthcare and data center sectors.
