As Vice Chairman & Managing Director Capital Markets - Investment Sales, Kevin leads the Cushman & Wakefield Canadian Investment Sales team handling transactions across the country in office, retail, industrial, and development property asset classes. Kevin also provides structuring leadership involving underlying debt, participating debt and equity, and project forward sales. Kevin’s background in real estate investment, joint ventures and financial structuring is highly unique and unparalleled in the North America commercial real estate brokerage context.

Since joining the firm over 20 years ago, Kevin has transacted well over $7 billion in commercial real estate transactions and regularly ranks as one of the company’s Top 10 national sales producers in Canada. Some of Kevin’s recent key transaction highlights include the $440 million sale of Oakridge Transit Centre, the $302 million sale of Pearson Dogwood Lands and $288 million sale of Westin Bayshore in Vancouver, B.C. In 2017, Kevin represented China’s largest private equity group in the $200 million acquisition of Grouse Mountain.

Kevin holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce in Urban Land Economics & Finance from the University of British Columbia. He began his career in the 1980s as head of his family’s general contracting/development business, worth $35 million per year. He concluded the family business in 1987 and moved on to work with Citibank in Toronto, New York and Vancouver as Vice President, Corporate Finance and Corporate Real Estate before joining Cushman & Wakefield in 1996
