Alexander Kropf is an International Partner and as of February 2017 heads the German Capital Markets Group based in Berlin. His focus is on the management of the CMG structure as well as on advisory services and marketing of commercial real estate in Germany.
Alexander has 12 years’ experience in the real estate industry focusing on the Berlin investment market. For the past five years he was with JLL as National Director for Office Investment Berlin and gained an excellent track record in high profile office transactions, helping to gain market leadership in 2015 and 2016. Over his career Alexander has built up excellent relationships with national as well as international investors and he has gained profound knowledge of several asset classes (office, retail, residential, logistics, hotel) over the years.
