The Workplace Reintegration process has begun. People have had different experiences during lockdown and many return with depleted mental wellbeing. Our Workplace Reintegration model looks at how to do this with care.

For the majority of employees, living through a pandemic is a form of trauma. Consequently, we need to approach reintegration with care and compassion if we are able to improve the wellbeing of our workforce. How we do this will have a significant impact on people for some time to come.

According to a survey released by Gallup, the mental health in the U.S. is at the lowest point than at any time in the previous 20 years.

Data shows that choice is key to higher workplace experience scores. More than 6 million data points, gathered during the pandemic, measure employee sentiment across six experience factors. Employees with choice over when and where to work are fairing best.
