Zbigniew Gawęda is a Senior Business Development Manager with more than 20 years of experience in the logistics and supply chain field.

He previously worked in the tobacco industry and pharmaceutical distribution, where he led projects in process and quality optimization and helped foreign companies enter the Polish market. For more than 10 years, he has been responsible for the business development of leading logistics operators. He is an e-commerce industry expert, co-founder of the eCommerce Logistics Experts Association, co-organizer of conferences and business meetings, and a moderator and participant in panel discussions at industry conferences.

He is a graduate of the MBA program at the University of Warsaw, has completed postgraduate studies at Kozminski University, and holds a master's degree from the University of Economics in Katowice.
