Jann brings over 24 years of specialized experience in office leasing. She has been instrumental in arranging the leases of multinational corporations, from new space acquisition to lease renewal, lease restructure, and extensions as well as space disposal. She has successfully represented firms, assisting them with developing and executing real estate strategies with the main goal to achieve overall real estate savings.
On the landlord side, she has developed an amicable relationship with landlords over the years, assisting landlords with marketing of some office projects in the CBD. Clients will certainly be able to leverage on these relationships in their negotiations. Landlord representation experience for buildings includes Anson House, Wisma Atria, Ngee Ann City, One Raffles Place Towers 1 & 2, Marina One and DUO Tower.
