Josh leads Cushman & Wakefield’s APAC Living sector research platform, partnering with colleagues and clients across BTR, PBSA, Co-living and Retirement Living. He focusses on harnessing data and analytics to deliver insight and inform real estate decisions.

His career experience spans senior roles in Market Intelligence and Research, and he has deep Living sector expertise across regions. Along with producing thought leadership, Josh has led teams delivering analytics-driven advisory for investors, developers and the public sector. Josh has also served in the social-impact housing sector as a non-executive chairman in the UK.
