About

Randy Tan is a seasoned corporate real estate executive with over 20 years of experience leading complex real estate, project management, and facilities management portfolios across the Asia-Pacific region. He joined the firm in 2024 as the Transformation Lead for Project & Design Management on the Standard Chartered Account , where he is instrumental in shaping the strategic vision and operational excellence. Randy is renowned for his expertise in strategic portfolio optimization, cost-efficient project delivery, and implementing innovative, sustainable workplace solutions that align real estate with core business objectives. 
 
In his current role, Randy is responsible for establishing robust project management frameworks, spearheading digital transformation initiatives, and developing governance models for large-scale, APAC-wide portfolio projects. He works closely with global leadership, enterprise sales teams, and clients to articulate value-driven service delivery models and ensure outstanding results.

Prior to his current role, Randy served as Vice President of Global Design & Construction for JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he managed projects across APAC 
 
His 14-year tenure at CBRE included leadership roles as APAC PMO Lead and Project Director, where he managed teams for Fortune 500 banking and tech clients. He delivered $50M in annual savings through strategic lease negotiations and space optimization and received multiple internal Excellence Awards for his performance.
