About

Zeïna Henni is Senior Director and Head of Project & Development Services, Singapore, at Cushman & Wakefield. With more than 25 years’ experience, including the past 18 years in Asia Pacific, she has led the delivery of complex capital projects across the commercial office, hospitality and life sciences sectors.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Zeïna was General Manager of Life Science Incubator, where she led the strategy, operations and expansion of specialist laboratory facilities across Singapore and Australia.

Earlier in her career, Zeïna held senior project management roles delivering complex developments and fit-out projects for occupiers, developers and investors. Her experience on both the client and consultancy sides gives her a unique perspective, enabling her to advise clients not only on project delivery, but on the wider commercial and operational decisions that underpin successful real estate outcomes.
