Roman re-joined Cushman & Wakefield in September 2016 after more than 3 years spent at biggest local developer J&T Real Estate where he was responsible for iconic projects Zuckermandel Tower 115 River Park and Westend Gate.
Roman holds Master degree in Economy and Management and is a member of Royal
Institution of Chartered Surveyors Roman’s strengths are in efficient project
coordination gained in various Project Management roles, understanding the client’s
needs and application of the most suitable solution in each phase of the project
Roman has worked with several blue chip tenants on both landlord’s and tenant’s
side such as Citibank, ING Bank, Mondelez, IBM, KPMG, TMF Services, Pfizer, EY,
Baumit Unilever, 3 M, Roche, Teva, IP Soft, Huawei, ERNI, DELL among others.
