The Flexible Workplace Sector in Spain

The annual flex space report carried out in collaboration with ProWorkSpaces also points out what solutions flex space managers are adapting to face the new scenario.

According to the survey carried out among the 200 associates of the sector's employers' association, private offices will take on a greater role - until they represent 75% of the total available surface area and the rest - as well as common areas - will incorporate special rooms for virtual events. Additionally new space openings will take place primarily in downtown areas
