Daniel leads the production of quarterly and annual reports on the Madrid real estate markets (offices and logistics) and is in charge of the production of Retail reports at the national level, as well as ad-hoc research and consultancies of the different real estate sectors.
At the same time, he studies and monitors the Spanish and European macroeconomic environment, with special focus on the fundamentals that impact economic growth, the labor market and demographic trends, as well as any external factor that may affect Spanish real estate (for example: monetary policy decisions promoted by the European Central Bank).
Also part of his spectrum of responsibilities is the generation of forecasts for the Spanish real estate market, with special emphasis on the Offices, Logistics and Retail sector.
Interaction with clients is another of his functions, whether these are owners, tenants or fund managers, through market presentations, meetings or consulting reports.
He is responsible for the final validation of the data collected in the Madrid real estate market and Retail Spain, together with the analysis of internal data, critical to produce market reports.
On the other hand, he is an active contributor with analysis and research content oriented to the media and press (general and specialized).
