Carlos is a Partner of the firm and the Head of the Project & Development Services in Iberia. He has taken part in some of the most important projects, of all types, in Barcelona: offices, hotels, housing, logistics and shopping centres. He provides support to clients in developing their projects, mainly in Project and Construction Management services but also in Project Monitoring Services, Technical Due Diligences, Pilotage, Consultancy and Interior fit out works for office space.
He obtained his Degree in Architecture by the Superior Technical School of Barcelona, Master in Business Administration (MBA), Esade and he is specialist in installations for construction.
Carlos joined Cushman & Wakefield in order to create the Project Management & Services Department in Barcelona, he was promoted to Partner and Director of Project & Development Services in Iberia.
