Luis Arsuaga is a Partner and Head of Capital Markets Hospitality in Spain, leading the firm's hospitality platform in Spain alongside co-heads Bruno Hallé and Albert Grau. His appointment reflects the firm's continued commitment to building a market-leading advisory team in a sector that plays a defining role in the Spanish economy.
Luis brings more than two decades of experience in the real estate and hospitality sectors, with a solid track record across development, investment, transactions and asset management. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions at CBRE and JLL, where he led the hotels business across Spain and Portugal. He went on to serve as Senior Vice President of Global Development at NH Hotel Group (Minor Hotels), where he was responsible for the company's international expansion. Most recently, he served as CEO of Mabel Capital and Managing Director of Grupo Norvo, overseeing investment platforms with diversified portfolios of hotels, resorts and other real estate assets.
His approach combines investment insight with operational expertise, an outcome of having worked across ownership, development and advisory roles within the hotel sector. This breadth of perspective allows him to support clients through the full lifecycle of a hospitality asset, from acquisition and development through to long-term value creation, drawing on deep knowledge of capital markets strategy and execution.
Luis's coverage centers on Spain and Portugal, with the international experience gained at NH Hotel Group providing him with additional expertise in cross-border hotel investment and expansion strategies.
