Kate Vine, June Koh, Charlotte Vonberg-Clark and Braelyn Hamill all join in EMEA
Cushman & Wakefield has expanded its Total Workplace team, which advises real estate occupiers, developers and owners on how best to achieve strategic goals through the workplace, with four hires in EMEA.
The two Partners and two Senior Consultants strengthen the specialist team helping clients with key business objectives including attracting and retaining talent, enhancing employee experience, improving space and energy efficiency, and boosting productivity, wellness and sustainability. The team is led globally by Despina Katsikakis and in EMEA by Nicola Gillen.
Kate Vine joins as a partner and Workplace Cluster Lead for the UK & Ireland. She brings more than 20 years’ experience as a workplace strategist and designer in the UK, EMEA and the United States. Vine has helped an extensive client list across the legal, TMT and financial sectors to develop innovative ways of working to support their business needs. Her most recent role was Principal with architectural design firm Perkins&Will, leading its Interiors team in delivering design and strategy projects.
June Koh recently started as a Total Workplace Partner based in London and working internationally. A leader in workplace strategy and experience, her varied career began in music and has included working for and with start-ups, multinationals and government bodies across Asia, Europe and America over the last 20 years. Her most recent roles include heading up the EMEA / APAC Workplace Strategy Team at WeWork and leading the UK&I Workplace Strategy Team in AECOM.
Charlotte Vonberg-Clark and Braelyn Hamill join the team as Senior Consultants. Vonberg-Clark is an environmental psychologist, workplace consultant and WELL-accredited professional who previously worked at AECOM. For the last three years, she managed the HTB Shelter, a homeless shelter in West London, and was responsible for delivering safe, supportive and inclusive environments.
Design strategist Hamill’s background in architecture, design, and urban systems has shaped her innovative approach to improving user experience through the built environment. She is a recipient of a Helen Hamlyn Centre design excellence fellowship for her work designing a healthier commute to work.
